歡迎使用由「智剛科技有限公司」（以下簡稱本公司）開發之 RCM 線上工程管理系統（以下簡稱本系統）。我們非常重視您的隱私權，本政策旨在說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的個人資訊，特別是涉及 Google API 服務之部分。

Welcome to the RCM Online Project Management System developed by Just Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, particularly regarding Google API services.

1. 資料收集之目的與類別 / Data Collection Purpose and Categories

當您使用本系統並授權與 Google 日曆（Google Calendar）串聯時，我們會透過 Google OAuth 驗證獲取以下資訊：

When you use this system and authorize integration with Google Calendar, we obtain the following information through Google OAuth authentication:

• 基本帳戶資訊： 您的電子郵件地址（用於識別使用者身分）。
  Basic Account Information: Your email address (used for user identification).
• 行事曆資訊： 讀取與寫入您的 Google 日曆事件權限（用於同步工程排程）。
  Calendar Information: Read and write permissions for your Google Calendar events (used for syncing project schedules).

2. Google 使用者數據之使用方式 / How We Use Google User Data

我們存取 Google 數據的唯一目的，是為了提供本系統核心功能：「工程行事曆同步」。

The sole purpose of accessing Google data is to provide this system's core functionality: "Project Calendar Synchronization".

• 我們會將本系統中的工程進度、會議或查驗行程，自動新增至您的 Google 日曆。
  We automatically add project progress, meetings, or inspection schedules from this system to your Google Calendar.
• 本系統不會讀取或儲存您 Google 日曆中與本系統無關的其他私人行程。
  This system will not read or store other private schedules in your Google Calendar that are unrelated to this system.

3. 資料分享與揭露 / Data Sharing and Disclosure

我們嚴格遵守 Google API 數據處理規範：

We strictly adhere to Google API data processing regulations:

• 禁止出售 / No Sale 我們絕不將從 Google API 獲取的數據出售、出租或提供給任何第三方。
  We will never sell, rent, or provide data obtained from Google API to any third party.
• 禁止廣告 / No Advertising 這些數據絕不會被用於投放廣告、信用評估或任何與本系統功能無關的分析。
  This data will never be used for advertising, credit assessment, or any analysis unrelated to system functionality.

4. 資料安全與保存 / Data Security and Retention

我們採用標準加密技術（SSL/TLS）傳輸所有數據。若您解除與 Google 帳號的綁定，本系統將立即停止存取您的 Google API，並刪除相關的存取權杖（Access Token）。

We use standard encryption technology (SSL/TLS) to transmit all data. If you disconnect your Google account, this system will immediately stop accessing your Google API and delete the associated access token.
