1. 接受條款 / Acceptance of Terms

當您登入並使用 RCM 線上工程管理系統（以下簡稱本服務）時，即代表您同意接受本服務條款之約束。

By logging in and using the RCM Online Engineering Management System (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. 服務內容 / Service Description

本服務提供合作廠商進行工程進度管理、文件管理及行事曆同步等功能。本公司保有隨時調整服務內容之權利。

The Service provides partner companies with project progress management, document management, and calendar synchronization features. We reserve the right to adjust the service content at any time.

3. 第三方服務整合 (Google Calendar) / Third-Party Service Integration (Google Calendar)

本服務提供與 Google Calendar API 之串聯功能，以協助使用者同步工程事件。

The Service provides integration with Google Calendar API to help users synchronize project events.

• 使用者在授權時，需自行確保其 Google 帳號之安全性。
• Users must ensure the security of their Google account when authorizing.
• 同步功能之穩定性受 Google 平台 API 可用性之限制。
• The stability of synchronization is subject to the availability of Google's platform API.

4. 使用者責任 / User Responsibilities

• 使用者應提供真實且正確之資訊。
• Users must provide true and accurate information.
• 禁止利用本系統進行任何違法行為或侵害他人權益之行為。
• Users are prohibited from using the system for any illegal activities or actions that violate the rights of others.
• 使用者應妥善保管帳號與密碼，任何經由該帳號進行之操作皆視為使用者本人之行為。
• Users must properly safeguard their account and password. All operations performed through the account are considered to be performed by the user.

5. 免責聲明 / Disclaimer

本服務依「現況」提供。本公司對於因網路連線、電信設備故障或 Google 等第三方平台服務中斷而導致之資料傳輸延遲、同步失敗或損失，不負任何賠償責任。

The Service is provided "as is". We assume no liability for any data transmission delays, synchronization failures, or losses resulting from network connection issues, telecommunications equipment failures, or interruptions of third-party platforms such as Google.

6. 條款修改 / Modification of Terms

本公司有權隨時修改本服務條款，修訂後之條款將公佈於本系統網頁，恕不另行個別通知。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be published on our system webpage without individual notification.
